Corporate banquets and special events will benefit from Chef Nate’s expertise with a
variety of unique flavor palettes. Hotels, clubs and other large capacity venues can offer
their client–groups authentic specialty meal service using their own facilities and staff
with Chef Nate managing the planning, menus and presentation for a target audience.
Chef will supply the signature add-on ingredients, spices and condiments to impress
even the most discerning guest. Chef will instruct your kitchen staff on the optimal
preparation and arrangement to ensure a successful event.

Indian, Mediterranean and Thai cuisines are Chef Nate’s particular expertise. Custom
and Fusion menus can also be accommodated.

Typical engagements will include consultation with event planners and venue staff prior
to the event and hands-on management day of the banquet.
​
Rates start at $800 for a split-day plus $125 per hour for more involved assignments.
Materials and supplies are billed at cost plus 20%. Tax not included.
